In association with South Eastern Healthcare llp we are now planning our first medical facility in Chelmsford, Essex. Construction of this scheme, for which full planning permission has been granted, is now in progress.
The project will provide a cluster of employment generating bio-medical, bio-technical and healthcare facilities providing a range of services from laboratory investigations and consultancy rooms to day care surgery and other procedures and investigations.
We have now obtained full planning consent for our latest development project, Silver Birches, which will provide 14 new one bedroom houses in March and will start construction shortly. These units will provide affordable and comfortable accommodation close to March station with low running costs in a pleasant residential area.
